The water purification system is the most important equipment in any hemodialysis program. The water is used to make the dialysate in the hemodialysis machines. Hemodialysis patients are exposed to 400 times more water than the average person. This is why the water must be absolutely free of all particles and contaminants. Ameriwater cutom built the two units pictured here. Because we have two, we are never down because of a failed RO unit.
